Welcome to Drovers Self Storage - Perth's premier storage solution. Our modern, purpose-built facility offers true peace of mind: all units are located underground within robust concrete walls, surrounded by 24-hour camera surveillance and electronic access to give you unmatched security and climate stability.
  • 1. Does your facility have lifts?
    No. All our units are drive up to ground floor.
  • 2. What can I store in my unit?
    You can store most household items, furniture, business inventory, tools and equipment. However, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, perishable goods and illegal items are not permitted.
  • 3. How secure is the facility?
    Our facility is built underground - made of solid concrete with electronic access using a fob. We have a 24-hour CCTV. Each unit is individually locked, and only you hold the key or access code.
  • 4. Can I access my unit anytime?
    Our facility offers 7-Day access: Monday to Saturday 7am - 5.30pm and Sundays & Public Holidays 7am - 4.30pm.
  • 5. Is there a minimum storage period?
    The minimum rental period is one month, but you can stay as long as you need. We also offer short-term storage for moves, renovations, or seasonal needs.
  • 6. How do I pay for my storage unit?
    Payments can be made monthlyin advance via credit card, bank transfer, or automatic direct debit. You can also pay online or in person at our office.
  • 7. Do you offer insurance?
    We recommend that all stored goods are insured. Some contents insurance policies cover items in storage - otherwise, we can assist you with affordable insurance options.
  • 8. Can someone else access my unit?
    Only people you authorise can access your unit. You can add or remove authorised users at any time through our office.
  • 9. Do I need to provide my own lock?
    Yes - you'll need a padlock for your unit to ensure only you have access. Quality locks are also available for purchase at our office.
  • 10. Do you offer moving supplies?
    Yes! We stock full range of boxes, packing tape, bubble wrap, and moving supplies to help make your move easier.
  • 11. How do I move in?
    Once your unit is booked, you can move in straight away during access hours. We'll provide you with your access fob and any details you need to get started.
  • 12. How do I move out?
    Simply give us 7 days' notice, clear out your unit, and remove your lock. As tong as it's left clean and empty, there are no extra fees.
  • 13. Do you have vehicle or boat storage?
    Yes, we offer undercover storage for cars, caravans, trailers, and boats. Availability may vary -please contact us to check current options.
